President Biden said he wanted to take the heat out of American politics. This week proved why that mantra matters. On Saturday, Congress approved the biggest relief package in the country's history — the first major legislative accomplishment of Biden's presidency — demonstrating what's possible when ambitious policy takes priority over tweeting.
