Sunday Best: How to handle a Covid Thanksgiving

Economists, grandmothers and Dr. Fauci weigh in.

Thanksgiving is only four days away, but many are faltering on their previously laid plans. How can you plan for the day when record numbers of coronavirus cases and tougher restrictions suggest gathering indoors could be a recipe for disaster, if it’s not banned outright?

Our writers have also been wrestling with the uncertainties surrounding the holidays, so they sought to answer some of the most burning questions by turning to experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci, investigating the true size of a previously thought to be secure Covid-19 bubble and offering solutions for pandemic fatigue.

Such questions are only going to increase in relevance as we head deeper into the holiday season. I hope that however you end up celebrating and whomever you celebrate with (or without), the day is a happy one.
