Even when we try to part with them.

Is it too soon to say “what a year this has been”? There has been a surfeit of news to confront thus far in 2020. In the United States, Harvey Weinstein faces charges of sexual assault in Los Angeles as his New York trial begins. Abroad, Australia is being ravaged by bush fires as tensions with Iran sizzle. It’s critical that we pay close attention to all of these issues in the name of a better society (and a planet that exists as a home to that society), but for the sake of taking a moment to step away from the mayhem, read on. — Alexandra March
